Boston HPC Training & Exercise Working Group aims to:

• Serve as a central place to communicate about and collaborate on exercises
  • Create a list of people who may be available to assist with exercises – e.g. evaluators who are trained on HSEEP, subject matter experts, etc.
  • Develop exercises in a can
  • Develop and maintain a shared exercise calendar
• Identify common training needs based on HPP & PHEP capabilities, AARs, gaps identified, lessons learned, and other information
• Prioritize, and deliver training or other learning opportunities in those areas
• Maintain a shared training calendar
• Collaborate or share trainings
• Identifying and addressing common challenges related to training and exercises (e.g. need for HSEEP training)
